1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nesto, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Nesto is a coordination platform connecting citizens, NGOs, and volunteers. Nesto does not itself provide emergency medical, shelter, or rescue services and is not a substitute for local emergency services.
3. NGO Verification
Nesto makes reasonable efforts to verify NGO partners before granting access to the network, but does not guarantee the conduct of any third-party organisation using the platform.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to submit accurate information when filing a request and to use the platform only for legitimate, good-faith purposes. Misuse, including false reports, may result in account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nesto is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nesto and its team are not liable for outcomes arising from the actions of NGOs, volunteers, or other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and platform design are the property of Nesto and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Changes To These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nesto after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
